I am a people person. My goal is to help people proceed through the appraisal process while navigating through a complicated time.

I’m Lamarr Curtis Banks. I’ve been in the home appraisal business for 22 years. I started my company to help homeowners get a fair market value for their homes so they can sell them or refinance their mortgages confidently.

As a Certified Residential and FHA Approved Real Estate Appraiser, I can help with your Estate, Trust, Tax assessment, divorce, and pre-listing appraisal needs. You can count on me to be thorough, trustworthy, and professional—and always ready to help!

15 years as a co-facilitator for marriage and family counseling (1987-2002)
Former Chamber of Commerce Member for the city of Orange. I became a member of the Board of Directors (2001-2005)
President of BNI (Business Network International) Chapter, Santa Ana, CA (2003-2004)
